{"id":21653,"date":"2016-07-06T21:35:14","date_gmt":"2016-07-06T20:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eco123.info\/de\/?p=21653"},"modified":"2016-11-23T09:50:06","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:50:06","slug":"anccral-portugals-dritte-revolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eco123.info\/de\/portugal-de\/report\/fotoreport\/anccral-portugals-dritte-revolution\/","title":{"rendered":"ANCCRAL | Portugals dritte Revolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21617 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-02.jpg\" alt=\"ANCCRAL-02\" width=\"781\" height=\"890\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-02.jpg 781w, https:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-02-768x875.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 781px) 100vw, 781px\" \/>In der Molkerei im Mehrzweck-Zentrum (Centro Multiusos) der Gemeinde Azinhal im Landkreis Castro Marim an der Algarve, dort wo die Uhren gern einmal stehenbleiben, hat &#8211; fast ohne dass jemand davon Notiz genommen h\u00e4tte &#8211; eine echte Revolution stattgefunden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ziegenverein ANCCRAL (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Criadores de Caprinos da Ra\u00e7a Algarvia) produziert dort w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcnf Tagen unter der Woche frischen Ziegenk\u00e4se und einen unglaublich guten Naturjoghurt, wie ihn das Land bisher nicht kennt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21632 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-07.jpg\" alt=\"ANCCRAL-07\" width=\"1000\" height=\"665\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-07.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-07-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-07-310x205.jpg 310w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In seiner zweiten Aktivit\u00e4t, wie das Finanzamt sich ausdr\u00fcckt (Atividade Secund\u00e1ria) holt Pedro Constancia (siehe Foto) von Montag bis Freitag fr\u00fchmorgens mit seinem 2.000 Liter fassenden Edelstahl-Transporter die Milch von den Ziegenbauern ab.<\/p>\n<p>Solange Pereira (26) und Zoryana Vladymyzova (44) k\u00fchlen die frische Milch herunter, sobald Pedro sie der Molkerei angeliefert hat, sterilisieren sie sp\u00e4ter f\u00fcr die Zubereitung des K\u00e4ses und Joghurtes, f\u00fcgen ihr als einzige Zutaten wilden Disteltee (8 Gramm Cardo auf 100 Liter) und Meersalz (80 Gramm auf 100 Liter) hinzu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-21641\" src=\"http:\/\/eco123.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANCCRAL-10.jpg\" alt=\"ANCCRAL-10\" width=\"195\" height=\"630\" \/>Damit k\u00f6nnte diese kleine Erfolgsgeschichte enden, w\u00e4re da nicht noch der Joghurt und die anderen nachhaltigen Pl\u00e4ne dieser kleinen innovativen Molkerei, bei der das Rathaus von Castro Marim geniale Geburtshilfe geleistet hat.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011 wurde die Idee geboren, traditionelle Produkte von lokalen Erzeugern nachhaltig zu transformieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Rathaus stellte das neugebaute Mehrzweck-Zentrum, eine architektonische Sch\u00f6nheit arabischen Ursprungs, dem Verein zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>Hier finden auch j\u00e4hrlich wiederkehrende Ausstellungen, Feste und M\u00e4rkte statt.<\/p>\n<p>Pro Woche werden aus rund 900 Litern t\u00e4glich angelieferter Ziegenmilch 2.400 Frischk\u00e4se und 400 Joghurts hergestellt, die in rund 100 Gesch\u00e4ften und M\u00e4rkten der Region verkauft werden. Ant\u00f3nio, Alcoutim und Castro Marim ist es die Existenzgrundlage.
