Este percurso circular tem in\u00edcio nas Caldas de Monchique e percorre as freguesias de Alferce, Monchique e Marmelete, passando pelos dois cumes das montanhas Picota (776m) e F\u00f3ia (902m) para depois voltar \u00e0s Caldas. Durante o percurso, todos os participantes ter\u00e3o bebidas quentes e frias, snacks e sopa em sete mesas de apoio. No Parque Aventura da F\u00f3ia haver\u00e1 um desafio de tiro ao arco e um exerc\u00edcio mental sobre a fauna &amp; flora da regi\u00e3o. Aqui, num ato simb\u00f3lico, todos ter\u00e3o a oportunidade de plantar uma \u00e1rvore.
